fast food stomach

If you have ever had the chance to listen to me rant about food and dietary habits you know how I feel about fast food. We live in a world were our food choices are limitless but unfortunately most of those choices are calories empty of nutrition and take more than they give. A new study released recent showed that consuming fast food increases our exposure to phthalates, a chemical that has been associated with infertility and hypertension and people who consume meat from fast food sources have increased exposure to BPA, which is known to have estrogen effects and increase certain kinds of cancer risk. So, without jumping on a major rant about eating whole fresh foods, cooking them yourself with your family and the numerous benefits associated with those habits, I will just say lets continue the effort to reduce our fast food consumption, try to eat whole fresh food on a regular basis and eat something fresh. I have included the link for the phthalate exposure and fast food.

New Ways Fast Food is Posioning Us

Fix your back pain? For anyone who has had an injury to their back you know not only how frustrating it is having to move slow and guarded or watching how you sneeze or cough and all the crappy things that happen when your back is on edge. We had our first beautiful weekend and I hope that you were able to get out and play in it. Picture this, we have spent all day outside raking, cleaning, lifting, digging planting, you take your first break sit in your comfy chair for a break, when you go to stand it feels like sasquatch ran in and stabbed you in the back with a red hot poker. What do you do then? While you were all enjoying the weekend, I was learning how to teach new techniques to help you get out of that situation and hopefully give you a set of tools to help you treat your own back when that crazy sasquatch runs in and gets you. The weekend brought a simple system that could be a powerful approach for self care that we are happy to teach. I am going to put together a class in the next 2 weeks, we will send out a notice, that will cover this and will look forward to helping you avoid those future sasquatch attacks.
