Gratitude


Its been an interesting week around here, computer dysfunction and all the fun technical difficulties that go with it. The loss of the convince reminds me how grateful we are that we get to help so many without the need for computer, device or other technology. We are grateful that so much good can be achieve through chiropractic adjustments, hands on therapies, dietary and nutritional therapies that we thought it was worth sharing our gratitude. Thank you!

Strawberry Poppy seed Vinaigrette! We are so happy to share this recipe. Your pickiest eater will be asking for more. This vinaigrette dressing is great for salads but you may find yourself using it on all sorts of foods.
This is Dr. Nelson’s Version
A medium sized pack of strawberries cut off tops
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbs Maple Syrup
4 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 Cup Olive oil
Little bit of salt
Blend with immersion blender or blender. He didn’t cut up the berries just put it all together except the poppy seed put in 2 Tbs after its all mixed.
